Hey there! I'm Anuja Mudda, a long-distance runner with 12 years of experience. I have done multiple 50 km, 100 miles marathons to 36 hours, 450kms of running, and have multiple podium finishes.


But I used to let fitness drive me, and it left me feeling tired, sluggish, and struggling with my weight. Over time I realized what it takes to achieve your fitness goals.

I discovered the power of a holistic approach to wellness. It's not just about running marathons or hitting the gym. It's about combining physical movement, healthy eating, mindfulness, and self-awareness and not about “all-or-nothing regimes”. That's when I started to feel like my best self.
